Quilt Progress

I have been working on Nicole's quilt a little at a time.
A few blocks a day is better then none.
After seeing the pictures I think I need to use more of the stronger colors for the next blocks.
The next set are the smaller 9 patches set on point.
The pattern only has a few star blocks so I will have to decide how many of those to make.
Answer to Cheryl's question, the fish Ryan is holding is a Lake Trout.
Hope all is well with you.
Thanks for visiting.
Be safe.

Nicole's quilt looks so fun! I agree about adding some stronger colors; they will add more spice to it. I like how you took the picture of the blocks laid out on the table...great view. Isn't it interesting how seeing a picture helps see the colors and texture so much better than when you just stand there and look at it.
I like your winter scene sidebar. We arrived in Tunica, MS late last night. :-) I'll email you more later. Cheers

Hey!! Love the fabrics!! This quilt is gonna be a beauty I can tell! Your quilt shop moved...have you been to it's new location? I think I'll be able to shop there now that it's on the other side of M95... you'll have to give me the scoop.

Hi Toni,
I had to stop by after you left me the comment. I've been to your blog before, but I didn't recognize your name.

It's so nice to find another Michigander who quilts, I love the bright cheery colors in Nicole's quilt.

I am hoping to learn to machine quilt with my new machine. It would be nice to be able to finish projects in the same year I made them!

Take care,
Zoey

As soon as I saw these photos I wanted to leave a comment how much I liked the colors. Then I logged on here to post the comment and I read that you have other comments about that. It's going to be a beautiful quilt.
