I had to stop by your site after seeing something you posted on another...your name UP Quilter caught my eye. My darling daughter in laws family is from Michigan and some live in the UP. It is a favorite place for my son and her to visit each summer when they can. They have dated since they were in high school (jr.year)...and they have visited family in the UP almost every year...they married 2 years ago this past Sept. and I was able to meet her lovely family. Just wanted to drop by and say "hi"...I never would have known anything about life in the UP...if it hadn't been for my DIL.
